Shipping Policy
How Woosh orders get from the lab to your door — fast, tracked, discreet, and fully within the United States.

Where we ship
Woosh ships to the United States only — all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- U.S. military APO / FPO / DPO addresses
- U.S. territories outside the 50 states (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.)
- Freight forwarders or package re-shippers
- P.O. boxes (some carriers cannot deliver vialed product to P.O. boxes — please use a street address)
If you place an order with a non-supported destination, we will contact you to update the address. If a usable address cannot be provided we will cancel the order and refund the full charge.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12:00 pm ET on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Shipping methods and transit times
All orders ship via tracked, insured carriers (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground depending on destination and order weight). Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days from ship date for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii typically take 5 to 8 business days.
Tracking information is emailed to you the moment a label is generated, and an order-shipped notification is sent when the package leaves our facility.
Shipping rates
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more, applied automatically at checkout. Orders below the free-shipping threshold ship at a flat $8.95 per order. Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination ZIP code.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Outer cartons carry no Woosh logos, no product imagery, and no descriptions of contents — only your shipping address and the return address. Vials are protected by a foam insert and packed with the appropriate insulation for the shipping method.
Cold-chain handling
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of standard ground transit. We do not currently offer overnight or refrigerated cold-chain shipping; if your protocol requires either, contact info@wooshlabs.com before ordering and we will arrange a custom quote.
Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
All shipments are insured by Woosh. If your package is lost in transit (no scan in 7+ business days after ship), arrives damaged, or is reported stolen after a successful delivery scan, contact info@wooshlabs.com within 72 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date with photographs (for damage) and your order number.
We will replace the affected vials at no additional charge or, at our discretion, refund the order to the original payment method. Claims filed more than 7 days after the delivery date may be subject to additional verification.
Address changes
Need to update a shipping address? Email info@wooshlabs.com with your order number and the corrected address. We can change addresses up to the moment a label is generated; once a label is generated we are unable to redirect the package.
Bulk and institutional orders
For orders of 25+ vials of a single compound, or for invoiced shipments to academic, biotech, or contract-research labs, contact info@wooshlabs.com for volume pricing, NET-30 terms, and consolidated shipping arrangements.
