This Privacy Policy explains how Woosh Labs ("Woosh," "we," "us") handles personal information collected from visitors and customers of wooshlabs.com(the "Site"). By using the Site you consent to the practices described here.

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations (typically 7 years for order records). Marketing-engagement data is retained until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days unless required for security investigations.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we do not warrant absolute security but commit to promptly notifying affected customers in the event of a material data breach as required by law.
