Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with Woosh Peptides.
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Woosh Labs ("Woosh," "we," "us") handles personal information collected from visitors and customers of wooshlabs.com(the "Site"). By using the Site you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & order information — name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, order history, and any communications you send us.
- Payment information — credit-card data and billing details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; they are transmitted directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. Collected automatically via cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have opted in to newsletters or product-update emails, and your subsequent engagement (opens, clicks, unsubscribes).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping, billing, and customer support;
- Verify your identity, age, and eligibility (U.S. resident, 21+);
- Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and CoA documents;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including fraud prevention and abuse detection;
- Communicate marketing and product updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Comply with applicable law, including tax reporting and law-enforcement requests.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party cookies to maintain your shopping cart and session, remember your preferences, and measure aggregate Site performance. We also use a limited set of third-party cookies from our analytics, payment, and shipping providers (listed in Section 5). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout features will not function without session cookies.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to operate the Site and fulfill your orders:
- Payment processors (to authorize and settle charges);
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for label generation and tracking;
- Email service providers for transactional and (if opted in) marketing emails;
- Hosting, CDN, and analytics providers operating the Site infrastructure;
- Legal, accounting, and compliance advisors when required by law or to enforce these terms.
Each service provider is contractually limited to using your information only for the purpose for which we shared it.
5. Third-party services we use
The Site integrates with: WooCommerce and WordPress.com (e-commerce platform), Vercel (hosting and CDN), and the payment processor(s) displayed at checkout. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they receive.
6. Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations (typically 7 years for order records). Marketing-engagement data is retained until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days unless required for security investigations.
7. Your rights
Depending on the state you reside in, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct or update inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations;
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email;
- Lodge a complaint with your state attorney general.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@wooshlabs.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact info@wooshlabs.com and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, restricted access for employees, and routine security review — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we do not warrant absolute security but commit to promptly notifying affected customers in the event of a material data breach as required by law.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required by law, notified by email. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
